Josefina Suriel, CEO

Josefina brings decades of entrepreneurial experience to Janitorial Multi Services. She founded the company by creating opportunities for other women entrepreneurs. She oversees day-to-day staffing, hiring decisions, training, and human resources services. She works closely with clients to ensure maximum quality of work from the cleaning team.
Milagros Perez, Chief Quality Officer & Business Development

Milagros leads our quality control activities, overseeing excellence in our work. She works on-site to ensure that all protocols are met. She recently spearheaded our turn-key cleanings, ensuring all products and linens were of the highest standards to ensure a clean and pleasant experience for guests staying on short-term rentals.
Janet Vasquez, Chief Operating Officer and Business Development

Janet handles Janitorial Multi Services' day-to-day operations. She has over 30 years of communications experience and is responsible for ensuring quality services for clients, public, and private agencies.
Fraily Gonzalez, Operations Manager

Fraily is responsible for on-site quality inspection and quality control. He works closely with our cleaning team to ensure we meet each client's expectations. He has led multiple teams at multiple locations every week. He leads walkthroughs and estimates for JMS.
Nicholas Nazario, Assistant Operations Manager

Nicholas ensures our daily routes and workload with our cleaning crew. He is responsible for ensuring we supply our team with the tools needed for weekly and daily cleans.
